Return Policy

 

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

 

Withdrawal Period

14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) has received the goods.

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by e-mail.

 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you – excluding shipping costs – within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Return Shipping Costs & Customs

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Unpaid returns (e.g. postage due or not properly stamped) cannot be accepted.

  • If you are returning items from outside the EU, additional customs duties or import fees may apply. These are not covered by us and must be paid by you.

 

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g. shirts with your own design or name)

  • Print-on-demand products, as they are made specifically for you after purchase

  • Sealed hygiene products, once unsealed after delivery

 

Abuse of the Right of Withdrawal

We reserve the right to review and reject return requests in cases of abusive behavior, such as excessive returns, commercial use, or patterns suggesting non-private use.

Production & Fulfillment

All products in our shop are produced on demand after you place an order.
Fulfillment and shipping are handled by our trusted partner Printful.

 

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
They depend on the destination and the number of items ordered.

 

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

For shipments to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA), additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and must be borne by the buyer.
We do not accept any liability for such costs.

  • VAT Notice:
    Product prices displayed in the shop are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
    Applicable VAT will be shown separately in the cart and at checkout.

  • The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation.

  • Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

  • In case of delivery issues, we will contact you immediately – any payments already made will be refunded if necessary.
