Since they were handing out Kaiserschmarrn to the crowd, we made the dish itself the spectacle—a CGI production showing it land on the slopes as if by magic, tying the screen to what people were holding in their hands. In a rotation full of conventional spots, it was the one the crowd turned to watch—and with the event on live TV, those eyes went well past the finish area.
